Prescription Assistance Program
ROLE > Designed the
user interface and layout. Coded HTML and Javascript, tweaked
and implemented cgi scripts, created custom logo.
OBJECTIVE > Prescription
Assistance needed a way for new customers to verify the company's
credibility, receive forms for prescription medications, information
about the prescription assistance program, and tell others about
this new program.
RESULTS > Through the
use of cgi scripted web forms, the users can email their program
advisors and fill out a customizable email form to tell others
about PA Meds.
